This means that you were not the first customer to claim the item. If the customer(s) who claimed the item before you fail to pay in the allotted time window, then you will receive an email with an opportunity to purchase that item.
When you are viewing a sale, simply click on an item and press “claim”. If you are the first person to do this, then you will be emailed an invoice to pay once the sale ends. You can also view your invoices by going to the “My Account” section.
You can sign up to become a seller registering at this link. You must then subscribe and then create a stripe account, which is free. Once you do this, you can begin scheduling and adding sales! For any additional help or questions contact support
